Our mission is to empower, educate and advocate for people living with chronic conditions that cause pain. Too much of pain management is a one-size-fits-all prescription. We look at the whole person and build a plan that fits your body, your history and the life you want to get back to.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Treatment plans are developed around each patient’s diagnosis, goals, medical history, and response to previous treatment.
Each of our providers will use the most advanced and latest treatment modalities to customize a treatment plan for you. Texas Pain Institute grew out of a need to treat patients suffering from pain where traditional physical therapy did not provide satisfactory results. We use advanced interventional techniques and minimally invasive procedures in a targeted approach to heal you.
Texas Pain Institute is driven by evidence-based practices that combine both cutting-edge research with practical applications to everyday life, ensuring you benefit from the latest advancements in healthcare and receiving tangible results.
We have been in practice for over 23 years and served tens of thousands of our beloved DFW Metroplex patients.

As the body’s largest joints, knees are prone to injury and arthritis — from torn cartilage to ruptured ligaments.
When a disc’s outer ring weakens or tears, inner material presses on nearby nerves and radiates pain outward.

Patients are evaluated with a thorough history and physical exam. If needed, X-rays and MRIs are performed to determine the source of the pain and extent of injury. A diagnosis can then be made.

Once a diagnosis is made, effective treatments are immediately started including ultrasound guided or fluoroscopy guided spinal injections. The root cause of pain is treated and in most cases, major surgery is avoided.
