Patients are evaluated with a thorough history and physical exam. If needed, X-rays and MRIs are performed to determine the source of the pain and extent of injury. A diagnosis can then be made.
Identifying the root cause of the pain and all the contributing factors have a direct correlation with the elimination of your pain condition. Once a diagnosis is made, effective treatments are immediately started including ultrasound guided or fluoroscopy guided spinal injections. The root cause of pain is treated and in most cases, major surgery is avoided.
